Topics covered include Operations and Supply Chain Strategies, Process Choice and Layout Decisions, Business Processes, Managing Quality and Capacity, Supply Management, Logistics, Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, Managing inventory and production across the Supply Chain, Information Systems, Lean Production and Managing Projects.
