Enrollment, Registration and Financial Aid Programs

Availability of student aid partially depends or enrollment status and registration status. Federal student aid is available to eligible students registered on at least half-time (at least 6 credits). Students registered for 6-11 credits will have Federal Pell Grants prorated according to registration level and will be eligible for consideration for part-time Tuition Assistance Grants and the Community College Opportunity Grant. Students registered for less than 6 credits will have Federal Pell Grants prorated according to registration level and will not be eligible for consideration for other student aid programs. For financial aid purposes, classes registered for must be directly applicable to applicant’s declared major.
