  • PHI 101  Introduction to Philosophy Revised Course Description: This course introduces students to the study of philosophy, its history, and its major figures. Questions such as these will be focused in on: Does God exist? Is there life after death? Do we have free will? Is our universe real? These, and more, will allow students to touch upon the main branches of philosophy (aesthetics, epistemology, ethics, logic, and metaphysics), allowing for a strong foundational understanding of the material. Revised prerequisite: Placement into ENG 099/ENG 101 or ENG 101
  • REL 105  Comparative Religion Revised Course Description: This course is an introduction to the study of comparative religion, which is an examination of the historical backgrounds and present day vitality of the world's major living religions. Students will analyze, compare, and contrast key themes and idea found within these religious traditions. Revised prerequisite: Placement into ENG 099/ENG 101 or ENG 101
